Important Notes

1. Passport

Should be valid for 6 months beyond the intended date of departure from Australia

Should have no alteration or handwritten amendments in the data pages

2. Proof of sufficient funds for undertaking travel

Applicant needs to provide last 6 months bank statement

In case applicant is self employed then company's 6 month bank statement is also required

All bank statements must be dated within the last 1 week of application submission

3. Invitation

Applicants must provide invitation letter along with a copy of their ID proof if they intend to stay with relatives or friends

In case visiting for medical emergency of Daughter / Daughter in law’s Pregnancy then letter from Hospital / Doctor stating the condition of patient is required

4. Cover Letter

Applicants must provide a cover letter on the A4 Paper / Business Letter Head

5. ITR

Income tax return acknowledgement copy for the last 3 year in case the applicant is employed

In case the applicant is self-employed then Company’s last 3 Years ITR acknowledgement copy is also required

6. NOC

NOC from employer (if employed) along with ID card copy / Business card

Children under 18 years of age must provide a Notarized NOC from any non-accompanying parent along with Parents’ passport copies.

In case a student is traveling with family, Evidence of enrolment from College / Institute / School along with NOC is required

7. Other Documents

If children below 18 years of age are staying in Australia with someone other than parents, legal guardians or relatives, a declaration has to be signed by the person who will be taking responsibility in Australia. The caretaker's valid ID proof / Passport copy is also required.

8. Aadhaar Card

Valid Aadhaar Card to be uploaded
